If any changes affect the project cost or timeline, you will be notified and must approve the updated scope before work continues.

4. Project Performance Disclaimer

Maz construction is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship using industry-standard practices. However:

We cannot guarantee specific completion timelines due to factors such as material delays, weather, or unforeseen site conditions.

We cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, property value increases, or long-term performance beyond the workmanship and material standards described in your agreement.

5. Payments & Billing

Unless otherwise stated in your written estimate or invoice, the following generally applies:

Payments may be structured through deposits, progress payments, and final payment upon completion.

Payment methods may include cash, card, or electronic transfer.

Work will not begin until the initial deposit is received (if required).

No refunds are provided once labor or material purchasing has begun.

6. Use of Subcontractors

Depending on project requirements, Maz construction may use licensed subcontractors for specialized work such as plumbing, electrical, or stone fabrication.
All subcontractors operate under our supervision, and we remain your primary point of contact.

8. Project Photos & Marketing Use

Printed marketing material

No addresses, customer names, or personal information will ever be shared.

9. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and successful completion of your project, you agree to:

Provide clear access to the work area

Ensure plumbing, electrical, or structural systems are up to code (unless included in your project scope)

Remove personal items, furniture, and valuables from the workspace

Communicate changes or concerns promptly

Maz construction is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, unsafe site conditions, or incomplete customer preparations.

10. Liability Limitations

Maz construction is not liable for:

Incidental or consequential damages

Pre-existing structural issues

Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance

Delays resulting from supply chain issues or weather

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the portion of work performed.

11. Intellectual Property
